Eric remains a dedicated student of his craft, maintaining designations as both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®). With prior roles at UBS and Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Eric has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Earlier in his career, he worked for the US Department of Justice. Eric graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors from the University of Maryland.
Eric is passionate about serving his community, currently serving on the executive committee of Erika’s Lighthouse, a foundation dedicated to raising awareness about adolescent depression, encouraging good mental health, and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Prior to this, he served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. He and his wife have been participating in fundraising for Cycle for Survival to support rare cancer research and treatment for well over decade. He also contributes widely to the many charities supported by his friends, family, and colleagues.
Eric and his wife, Stephanie, have three children (Evan, Bennett and Audrey) and live on the north shore of Chicago. More than anything else, Eric loves being a father to his very active children. He also enjoys everything sports-related, especially humbling walks around the golf course, and reading all things non-fiction.
