Ford is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor with The Dahl Martin Pennise Group at Baird. As a partner, he focuses on portfolio management, relationship management, and advanced financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families. Ford takes pride in helping clients make confident, informed decisions by offering thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and clarity around the purpose of their wealth.
He is a proud graduate of Washington & Lee University’s Williams School of Commerce, Business Administration, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, underscoring his dedication to the highest standards of knowledge and ethics in the financial industry.
Ford began his career at Merrill Lynch in Washington, D.C., in 2016, where he started building a client-centered practice rooted in active listening and tailored financial solutions. He joined The Mabie Group at Baird in 2019, working under the leadership of team founder Doug Mabie.
Outside of work, Ford serves as co-president of the Springboard Service Corps, a subsidiary of the Springboard Foundation, and has raised funds for various charities through his passion for running. He enjoys staying active through tennis, kiteboarding, golf, and competing in triathlons. He and his wife, Kendall, live in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.
